We have a situation vacant for Production Manager for Portable & Modular Exhibition Solutions in Mumbai.
Department: Production
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Production Head
Job Purpose: To manufacture quality products and managing innovation with product, process & people for maximum efficiency & effectiveness.
Key Result / Responsibility Areas
- Managing confirmed orders by creating individual job order sheet & processing in for Manufacturing.
- Managing inventory level of raw materials, work in progress & finished items with support of the storekeeper for efficient order execution.
- Defining & managing the flow of inventory from store through various manufacturing functions as per specific order.
- Managing & Developing strategies for new product development in line with product development team & technological improvements in the entire production process for highest efficiency possible.
- Managing & providing effective solutions to daily production issues at facility for supreme order execution.
Continuous updates to purchase team for stock required against managing average quantity levels of raw materials and finished products. - Maintaining production reports of all the orders running and in pipeline on daily basis and reporting to production head with status report on regular intervals.
- Ensuring to production timeliness dedicatedly along with highest quality standards.
- Providing training and development of the production team in regards with new product manufacturing and new technology updations.
- Devising and managing reporting formats for utmost efficiency & effectiveness at the facility.
- Planning & managing inventory at store with the support of storekeeper and plan requisitions of purchase with continuous updation to purchase department.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification : Graduate / Architetural Qualification
Work Experience : 4-5 Years Experience
Key Competencies : Excellent Knowledge in Production Planning , Product Technicality, Team Management
Desired Skills
- Exposure in Portable and Modular Product Industry
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Capable of Handling Team Effectively
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Organized
- Creative & Logical ability to think through turn key solutions
