We have a situations vacant for Front Desk Executive for Our Company in Mumbai.
Department: Operations
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Purpose: To perform administrative & office support activities for efficient organizational work flow.
Key Result / Responsibility Areas
1. Primary Key Responsible Areas :
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Ensure to maintain Visitor Register, Courier register on a daily basis.
- Ensure to maintain In & Out register on daily basis, Ensure to check all material which comes in & goes out.
- Making complete records and management of requisition forms of internal purchase requirements along with verification of certified approvals.
- Complete office asset management along with its maintenance and addressing issues regarding the same in collaboration with maintenance vendors.
- Complete stationery requirement management of the office.
- Complete management & record of the Library.
- Making & Submitting comprehensive reports on receipt against expenditures of Pantry, IT, Library & Stationery.
- To check availability of copies in blank forms.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification :Minimum Graduate
Work Experience :Minimum 0 – 2yrs
Key Competencies :
1. Extremely Proficient in co-ordinating through mails
2. Accuracy in Creating, Maintaining & Managing Reports.
3. knowledge of computers and relevant software application
