Admin & Hr Executive Job Profile involves:

Comprehensive records & management of vouchers (Cash/Travel) raised in the organization and collaborate with accounts for clearance.

Making complete records and management of requisition forms of internal purchase requirements along with verification of certified approvals.

Comprehensive management of attendance charts & registers on daily basis with accounting for outdoor forms & punch machine of office 7 workshops.

Complete office asset management along with its maintenance and addressing issues regarding the same in collaboration with maintenance vendors.

Supervising housekeeping activities in the organization and managing along with ensuring the availability of pantry essentials of day to day requirements.

Complete stationery requirement management of the office.

Petty Cash management & expenditures sheet accurately and making weekly reports accordingly.

Liasoning with various government undertaking and maintaining fruitful relations for various organizational requirements.

Complete management & record of the Library.

Making & Submitting comprehensive reports on receipt against expenditures of Pantry, IT, Library & Stationery.

Managing & Maintaining vendor bills & processing them in collaboration with accounts.

To maintain records & overview workshop expense sheet & production expense.
Job Requirements
1.Extremely Proficient in co-ordinating through mails & generating reports.
2. Accuracy in Creating, Maintaining & Managing Reports.
3. Excellent developing & Managing relations with Internal & External Stake Holders.
