Accounts & Admin Executive Job Profile involves:
Accounts Profile:
1. Maintaining Day to Day Accounting Entrees in Tally and Excel
2. Ensure all the Account related sheets are maintained
3. Ensure all the vouchers and memos are maintained
4. Active participant in Accounts related job
5. Coordinating for Payment and required documentations
6. Filling Tax Returns
7. Filling all Accounts related file
8. Ensuring all Bills are cleared as per payment schedule
9. Raising Invoices and Purchase Orders
10. Maintaining MIS of all account related sheets.
Admin Profile:
1. Coordinating in day to day activity of Office
2. Office Equipment, Pantry and Stationery inventory maintenance
3. Manage Staff roster and leave card
4. Coordinating with Internal Departments for their requirements
5. Maintaining records for Stationery, Equipments, HR related docs etc
6. Search for candidates as per profile requirement and conducting interviews
7. Offering assistance to management in various task coordination and fulfillment
8. Creating and improving internal system for better performance
